Turnaround estimates are based on orders placed with files uploaded (and aprroved if proofs are requested) Monday thru Friday by 5PM PST. We are not responsible for delays on upload files or files that are not to our specs. If for any reason there is a delay in your print job caused by Smart Levels Media, we will refund the difference in price based on the total time the job took to be completed. Shipping time is not included in the turnaround.We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping carrier.
